We were all in the car the other day and our bf put on that Styx song, "Lady," and he and Claire said how they, uh, did it to that song when they first got the album and it was so beautiful we all just cried! And then we made them play it again and everybody was singing along except Hettie, who said she wasn't a good singer and didn't want to ruin it ... so Claire sang the song to her, and oh my gosh did we all just cry again!

Good songs just make me so happy.

Okay, so remember what I was talking about yesterday? Well, today the bf got the new Clairebody/Ellebody out of its packaging to wash it and get it nice and ready for figuring out how it will work as their sometimes-body. And ...

Well, you know, he's a boy, and ...

The body is, you know, made as a sex toy, and ...

The first time anybody got to do anything with it was him, the rest of us just kind of in the other room saying, "Hmm, that sounds fun!"

I want to make sure I don't sound like I'm criticizing him for being a boy and having a new sex toy, even if the sex toy was supposed to be something to give two of his girlfriends an extra way to interact with him and with their other two girlfriends ... because I'm not doing that, seriously I'm not.

In fact ...

Something happened that was really nice (weirdly nice) that maybe wouldn't have happened if he'd waited and gotten Claire's face out on the mannequin head and made the first time be the two of him instead of him and the toy.

The toy kind of ... took charge! No, I'm serious, it really did. Like almost having a personality in the way it moved with him and for him. And even though it was only supposed to be a Clairebody/Ellebody and maybe also an occasional toy for him to have fun with, suddenly he said, "Geez, baby. Do we need to give you a name?"

And I'm really proud of myself here because from the other room, I immediately said, "You should call her Headless Harriet!"

Everyone like this name! I think Elle did because she thought it sounded like I was mocking the idea. But Sash and Claire were definitely sincerely being supportive.

And the rest of the time he was like, "Oh ... oh, Hettie ... oh, Hettie, that's so good ..." (Until the very end when it got way super louder.)

So now instead of just an extra body/toy, we sort of have a sixth poly.

And her name is Harriet!

I'm going to see if I can get her to blog. I mean, I know she has limitations, but I'm not assuming she can't join in most of the kinds of fun the rest of us enjoy!

My 123rd Journal Entry

 Hi, Journal!

I'm so excited!

Our bf got this thing for Claire and Elle and it came in the mail yesterday and I was so super-hot to see it and then we didn't actually get to open it until today so I was just squirming like a squirmy-squirm worm waiting.

But then we opened it, and ... ooooh. It's hothothot!

But what is it, I know you're asking?

Well, it's not quite but sort of a new body, kind of a torso-ey thing and maybe a little weird because it's got no arms and legs, but it's very huggable-sized and it's made of tpe like me, so I'll be able to play with it too, and the main thing is, how do we get their heads on it? Well, we also got some mannequin heads that are the right size for their faces, so it's just a question of will it be too weird having their heads not completely connected to it ...

Oh no. I just read all this and now I'm worried it sounds creepy. Agh! It's not creepy to want your girlfriends to have a body you can actually touch and snuggle with even if it's got no arms and legs and their heads don't exactly attach, does it? Especially when their old arms-and-legs-aplenty body is really showing its age?

It's not? Okay, whew.

Anyway, everyone here is all worked up about it!

Well, I mean not exactly Claire because she's so even-tempered about everything, so she's more pleased and looking forward to experimenting with it than worked up about it.

And not Elle because you know even if she was worked up about it she'd have to pretend she's not because, Elle.

But Sash and me and Msg, definitely!

So impatient to play with it!
