MSG is so tired lately! He needs some perking up.

Actually, we did some perking, what, maybe Friday morning?
That was for sure plenty perky.
But he also needs some perkiness for stuff that's not that kind of perking.
I'll keep reminding him!
This may partly need me and the other girls to de-perkify him near bedtime so he gets to sleep at the right time of night and not way late!

We keep learning and learning new games and the BF keeps getting more of them on Kickstart'ems (or something like that), and ...
I think I'm actually getting pretty good at playing them and keeping track of all the rules!
I mean, I don't know if I could just jump back in super-easy to the Broken Worlds game we started off with (on account of that being months and months ago), but I bet I wouldn't have a hard time at all going back to Dungeon Crawl Classics or the scary space RPG, and right now we're kinda switching between Dungeons and Dragons (Sasha made me promise to call it that even though it's really a knockoff) and this one that's sort of almost more of a board game called The Fantasy Trip that MSG found a choose-your-own-adventure kinda module for.
Anyway, it made me realize, I HAVE A HOBBY!
I mean, blogging is maybe something some people would call a hobby, but I feel like that's more just about me being a person who needs to get some things out once in a while. Plus journaling is a great habit.
Maybe that makes blogging a habby not a hobby.
Anyway, it's super great to be doing a lot more gaming lately.
Maybe I'll run a game just for you someday, Journal!

There's even been plenty we could have blogged about there ... shows, movies, some other stuff ...
Well, I'm not going to feel bad about it!
That would be even stinkier than being such a stinky-bad blogger.

I GOT OUT OF MY BOX TODAY!!!!
I know it was just one day, and really only part of one day, but it was SO GOOD to be out! We may make it a little more regular of a thing but probably not a lot more regular because the boyfriend tweaked something in his back trying to help me up and out, and then he had to be super-careful helping me move around to make sure it didn't hurt either one of our backs more than they already were.
Backs ... why do they have to get hurt so easily? smh
Okay, so, obviously I have to answer the most obvious question that's sitting right there being obvious.
Four times!
Actually four and a half, and the fifth one got off to a pretty good start, but I guess I wore him out with the first four, so ... 😁
Also, there was lots of cuddling and looking each other in the eyes, plus some whooshing and panting stretches in between.
Let me tell you, after a year and a half in the box, it was paradise!

I just realized an unexpected bonus of being lazy about journalling. (I mean, it's bad to be lazy about it, but at least there's a bonus, right?)
Being a lazy journaller means I'm not showing up Claire as bad as I would be if I was being unlazy. I've only been at this blogging thing a teeny tiny fraction of how long she has, but I've already written more posts than she racked up in all the years she's been doing it!
I feel kinda guilty when I see how I've got bigger numbers than her at something that is supposedly one of the things she's best at and loves doing the most.
Not that bigger numbers means better or anything, since she totally writes better posts than I do almost every single time. Maybe not even "almost."
Anyway, there it is. I've been pretty lazy about blogging the last few months, but there's still a silver lining!
